Display (monitor/s and ceiling-mounted multimedia projector)

1. Starting the multimedia projector: procedure
   • Turn on the control panel on the wall ("SYS ON/OFF") and power on the projector ("PROJ ON").
   • Select the "COMPUTER" option, and if it doesn't work,
   • Choose the "HDMI" (1) option, and if it still doesn't work,
   • Ensure that the HDMI cable connects the sockets: at the back of the PC computer and on the panel on the desk.
2. The displayed resolution by the multimedia projector (preferably: 1680x1050 pixels), which affects the size/cropping of the screen edges, can be adjusted in the system tools (GUI) for both MS-Windows and Ubuntu.
3. The Student Computer Labs do not have laser (or bamboo) pointers.
4. The 65" TV in room G-1-07 does not belong to the Student Computer Labs and is out-of-order.
5. Cloning two out of three displays in rooms G-1-05 and G-1-07
   (e.g., to observe the projector on a local monitor):
   •  MS-Win: setup in the system tool (GUI)
   •  Ubuntu: enter in xterm:
     xrandr --output HDMI-0 --same-as DP-X
     X is the number of the DisplayPort to be cloned: 0, 1, 2
